Usher in a Rosy New Year!

The myriad of fabulous rosy pink and rose gold New Year's invitations inspired us to create an entire New Years party theme.  We love the idea of ushering in a rosy new year or starting the new year wearing rose colored glasses, figuratively. Rather than gold and black glitz and glam, the softness of these invitations set the tone for an all round kinder, gentler new year.  We'll toast to that – Cheers!

Blake Lively’s Gossip Girl Wedding Dress

We had to post this picture as soon as we saw it. Leave it to Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively's Gossip Girl character) to wear 2013's latest trend in wedding dresses – gold & white.  This fabulous Georges Chakra Couture strapless gown with a low back is all a-glitter on top and then explodes into a white tulle bottom.  It really is so Serena!

There are not yet many affordable gold and white ball gown style wedding dresses available but we are all over this trend so keep checking back as we discover options for you to “get the look.”

We are thinking a full out white and gold wedding theme replete with gorgeous white and gold wedding invitations, party decor, and wedding cake.
