Hey ladies! Today we have one bit of advice that we are pretty certain no one has ever shared with you before. It runs contrary to popular opinion and may even make the super sweet brides among you balk. Every single bride-to-be we knows falls into this same trap. She never ever registers for enough gifts for the number of guests invited to all of the events hosted in her honor, let alone for enough expensive gifts. Yes, you read that right, you need to register for more luxury goods and big-ticket items.
Your wedding registry is NOT the place to prove to the world you are simple and have little need for worldly goods. If that is truly the case, simply do not register. Clearly your guests have lots of choices and hopefully, will be able to find something lovely to gift in their price range. Continue Reading →
The Quintessential Fall Party Favor
Annie and Joel's New Hampshire wedding was idyllic. Planned and executed to perfection! They got every detail right. If we had to label it, we would call it KISS perfect. Not only did their guests tap their glasses every half an hour or so begging this inspiring couple to grace us with another kiss, Annie and Joel followed our advice to Keep It Simple.

And we think this quintessential fall party favor could easily double as a place card if you personalize the favor tags with your guests' names. If we had not just received this favor at Annie's & Joel's wedding, these maple leaf bottles filled with maple syrup would have definitely adorned our Thanksgiving table this year! Continue Reading →

We so loved Ceiling Tile Ideas concept of using tin ceiling tiles as magnetic seating charts or escort card boards for weddings, mitzvahs, quinceaneras, sweet sixteens, anniversary and every celebration, we decided to feature it here. The best part is that the tile can be painted to coordinate with your party decor. The pictures below, featured on Ruffled , are great for a manor or vintage style wedding, but the decorative metal tile idea is extremely versatile and will work equally well with any style even an art deco or modern look.
