This might be our cutest idea yet and we are so excited! We fell in love with this puppy kisses invitation and challenged ourselves to find party supplies that would compliment it. We decided to stick with green as the accent color which can work for both baby boy and baby girl showers.

This month we seem to be on the baby shower circuit. We spent the first half of the week, without success mind you, searching for the perfect baby girl outfits and newborn gifts to pair with our current favorite baby shower gift, a Sophie the Giraffe Teeether. And then we had an ah ha moment >> Gymboree now has new line of adorable newborn gifts! And of course, it is chock full of the cutest giraffe theme onesies, burpies, hooded towels, loveys, bibs, socks, and so much more. Whenever we put together baby shower gifts we love to combine the practical (i.e. teether) with the adorable (i.e. hooded towel) and can never resist throwing in a pair of socks or little hat or onesie. An OMG Big Brother & Big Sister Baby Shower Gift
Just when when we think there are no more products to put a logo on we are giddy with surprise. These team spirit booster seats make for an OMG big brother & big sister baby shower gift. How perfect is this for a couples shower where so many of the friends invited are college buddies and gal pals of the dad and mom-to-be. Yes, we admit we are jumping the gun because these team spirit booster seats are not meant to replace your car seat. These are the seats your child graduates into once they are at least 40 pounds and 4 years of age. It is the gizmo you keep your child in until he or she is big enough to fit in a seat belt properly. Obviously, only consider this gift if the parents-to-be have the room to store it or if they have an older child who will soon be passing along his or her car seat to the new baby and graduating into a booster seat. Clearly we are true believers that indoctrination into the Trojan Nation, or whatever your favorite college team, works best when started early!
These team spirit booster seats would also make great birthday presents and holiday gifts for children making the transition into the “big kid” booster seat, especially if they are whining that they are old enough and do not need a booster seat. Please, please, do not cave into the whine – according to the CDC (Center for Disease Control & Prevention)
“Booster seat use reduces the risk for serious injury by 45% for children aged 4–8 years when compared with seat belt use alone!”
