As always, our visitors lead us to some of our very best gets. Not long ago we came across an image of this fabulous fox print but had no luck finding the creator or a source. And then today, one of our visitors let us know they found these elusive Ginger Ray fox theme party supplies on Amazon. We cannot be more excited. Since then, we have done a bit of research and learned that Ginger Ray is based in the UK and has an entire line of adorable party goods. As it turns out, we even feature her pop art superhero party goods on our superhero party inspiration package. Keep checking back because now that we found her, we are pretty much obsessed & have created a new tag especially for Ginger Ray!
As you are probably well aware, the fox is the hottest trending animal party theme not only because it is adorable, this woodland look works great for birthday parties, baby showers, weddings and even foxy holiday parties. We are also thinking of ordering some plates and napkins to use for our Thanksgiving appetizers and dessert courses (we tend to use our good china for the main course). #toocute
Six years later, woodland animal themes are still as popular as ever. Although very few supplies in this original Ginger Ray Fox print are still available, they did recently release a new botanical print perfect for woodland themed baby showers. And yes, we may e even more obsessed with this print than the original fox print. It is a bit more sophisticated for the modern mom-to-be!

Our close friends and occasional PIP contributors, Vicki and Paige, landed in Waco, Texas for a fun week in search of all things fabulous. It did not take them long to discover a set of wonderful burlap silverware holders. We hate to admit it but this was our first encounter with utensil holders and we are smitten. So of course, we felt compelled to spend a couple of of hours researching burlap utensil pockets and then decided to share a few of our favorites with you. We envision using cutlery pockets for weddings, bridal & baby showers, and birthday & dinner parties . We also think burlap cutlery holders could really add that sometime elusive but all so important little splash of wow to your Thanksgiving tables! Continue Reading →
We love Thanksgiving. It not only brings together family far and near but when done well, Thanksgiving is a leisurely day of game playing and game watching, cooking and eating. And we usually throw in an early morning walk for charity so we don't feel quite so decadent. Last year we planned our extended family vacation. This year, we will most likely plan Popol's 80th birthday celebration. But in between, as always, Izzy, Ali and Jen will get together to decide which of the many Thanksgiving games we will play this year.

Thanksgiving is now just a little over two weeks away and it really is time to start thinking about all the little details to make your Thanksgiving celebration memorable. Yes, delicious food matters, but so does your presentation. Today we are focusing on edible Thanksgiving centerpieces. As much as we adore flowers, we are also very pragmatic and get ridiculously excited when we find fabulous “two-fers” or in other words, products that serve two purposes.
In this case, all four of these ideas are visually interesting and practical. Think DIY vegetable and/or fruit filled cornucopias, fruit turkey arrangements, giant chocolate turkeys, and yummy duos of caramel apple turkeys. Which would we choose? All four! Definitely the chocolate concoctions for the main table centerpieces, a brimming over vegetable cornucopia on the appetizer table, and the fruit turkey on the dessert table (such a fun way to present your healthy dessert option).
